And now we are looking for you who want to help take our store in Femman - Gothenburg to the next level.

Together with our store manager, you will form a DREAMTEAM that leads, coaches, and drives the store forward. We are looking for someone who is a passionate leader, a sales role model, and who loves beauty as much as we do.

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in the team. You are the store manager's right hand and step in to take full responsibility when they are not present. But even when you work together, you are actively present – you lead, support, and motivate the team to new heights.

You will, among other things:

• ✨ Lead the daily operations in the store together with the store manager
• ✨ Coach the team in customer meetings, sales, and work routines
• ✨ Contribute to the store's visual expression, campaigns, and wow-factor
• ✨ Ensure that the store follows concept frameworks, meets set goals, and is always spotless
• ✨ Take responsibility for staffing, operations, and inventory – especially during weekends and in the absence of the store manager

The position is to be filled immediately or by agreement. It is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period and consists of 25 hours per week. Salary is based on collective agreements (with additions) and working hours are varied during all store opening hours.

Who we think you are

We are looking for someone who loves beauty, is driven by sales, and has a natural leadership ability. You have a genuine commitment to seeing people grow and develop – and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

We believe you have:

• Previous experience leading others – preferably in retail
• A coaching approach and the courage to give clear feedback
• A structured working method and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working towards goals and following up results with the team
• A passion for service and beauty – and perhaps a background as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or skin therapist
• Extra plus if you are familiar with Quinyx, have worked with campaigns, or have visual merits in your background!
